Cloaking guidance..

I'm looking at cloaking on AdCenter...

Anyone doing this at the moment..

Could someone guide me on how to do this successfully as it's
something I don't have much experience in..

Cloaking Adcenter is popular now thanks in part to the damn visibility Greg Davis and others are giving the thing. There's nothing special per se about cloaking Bing Ads -- it is similar to cloaking any other form of paid traffic. You have 2 things to be concerned with:

1. spiders
2. manual reviews

Use a good commercial cloaker. I market wpCloaker so I am biased. There are certainly others out there too. Pick one with good support, updates to the script, and that'll walk you through what you're trying to do.

Does wpcloaker still work on Adwords Cloaking?

I've been doing something completely different for the past 4 months or so. It's interesting that I'm about to get into cloaking Bing after reading what the guy above posted. Greg Davis is spreading this thing like the plague. Better get in on it quickly.

Could someone who has experience with this expand on how to reliably/quickly/cheaply produce Adwords/Bing friendly pages to go through the manual review process (before cloaking)? I've heard that some people just copy existing websites, but I have a hard time believing that wouldn't trigger a red flag on Adwords/Bing's end.

yes. With the webinars a few folks have been doing there seems to be more public interest in cloaking PPC traffic from various engines.

wpCloaker and I'll assume the others out there can cloak Google, Bing Ads, Facebook, and other paid traffic using various means (IP detection, referrer, cookies, combinations, etc.)

Remember though, cloaking is risky. When you go through the Davis example or others they all talk about large scaled out campaigns and being very aggressive and hence going through multiple accounts, etc. You are always running the risk of getting a complaint from a competitor triggering another manual review from some work at home mom with her laptop at a Starbucks.

Scraping existing article/news site is still very popular - more so now with the Davis webinar making the rounds. Back in 2007/8 or so there were lots of scripts and services that made static sites by scraping article directories and then adding a redirect for non bot traffic. Their templates were very fixed and the overall approach was easy to fingerprint and went by the wayside. That said, the method is still sound.

You want a "clean" destination page that passes manual review. This is easy - grab an article that is related to the topic. Add 1-3 images to the article. Add a call to action box in the top or middle (above the fold still) or bottom. Done. A simple example is this - http://www.smarterlifestyles.com/20...king-muscle-gains/?fc_id=36817&fc_app_id=4554. SmarterLifestyle and others portals like it make good scrape targets too.

The challenge with this approach is scale. If you want to run multiple campaigns / adgroups with different "clean" destination pages you need to manually put this together. For most folks this isn't too much of an issue but if you're testing hundreds of offers manual isn't the way to go.

I would also go for wpCloaker this is not the only place i have heard about the wpCloaker, must try it..
