Cloaking for bing ads

I do not understand why a bing cloaker should be different from others? Maybe because they are more permissive? Just asking.

The last time I used adspect, it was expensive, but we were satisfied with the result. I don't know, maybe something has changed since then
 
Hello, you can use cloakit or adspect, I recommend them, they are both cloakers that work very well, but cloakit is cheaper.
