Facebook Ad Accounts all under 2014-15 now just Warming up pages but do you have any experience on this or any tip to make this more good, for example What campaign type to launch or how many days to warm up or how to scale it because one ad account reached only $300 usd.

Yes, you need to do some warmup and dont put high budget just try with 20$ per day , also dont target huge Audience. 30+ with men is good choice. you have to test lot. am running cloaking ads for my clients all going good.

First warmup your account and then place main campaign then use a best claoker for fb and gain result

Op, no one is going to tell you the exact numbers you are looking for. You need to test and burn few accounts to get the accurate data on when to start cloaking and other stuff.
