If you have to cloak your CPA offers then that means they are against your traffic methods, otherwise there is no reason to cloak
You just don't tell networks you are cloaking at all. They freak out once you tell them that...

Not actually for CPA but I have used Fraudbuster to bring leads for selling Twitter and FB followers/Fans.

Hm, interesting. I came across cloaking with Wordpress and affiliating with a close friend and we have nothing against it. As long as there is customers registering on (in our case, Scandinavian dating sites) I would be more than happy to share my cut of 40 %. Or is it something I am missing?
