Cloaking Bing Ads

I'm looking to start using Bing to advertise biz opp affiliate offers but im not sure how strict bing is with their ad guidelines. I always use justcloakit for FB but does anyone know if I have to cloak my ads for Bing ads also????

I use cloaker with unlimited plan $199 per month and I cloak everything, including Bing Ads. Yes, they are strict if you are using "aggressive landing pages" which violate their landing page policies.
