Cloaking and Content Generators Section Moved to JrVIP

I think it would be a good idea that the Cloaking and Content Generators Section be moved to JrVIP.

Nobody wants to share their cloaking secrets in the public section of the forum.

The only people that section is attracting are the Tech support Scammers.

+1 For this suggestion.

Nice suggestion, I've mentioned that earlier in lounge but it was deleted after sometime.
I hope this one get delete!
