CLOAKING and BLACKLISTED domain?

It's totally fine. As long as you know how to cloak your domain, you won't have any issues. Hiding your main page and URL is the goal of cloaking. But you need a good cloaker.
 
It should not be a problem) However, it depends on the method you use. If you know what you're doing, no absolutely not a problem!
 
But does extensions matter? So if I run xyz etc or something untrusted it will not be a problem? Isn't cloaccking supposed just to hide page?
 
Is cloaking a domain that is blacklisted going to be ok? Or does it still matter?

Cloaking doesn’t fix a blacklisted domain. If the root is flagged, the system still sees it regardless of cloaking. Best move is to use a clean domain with clean history
 
Yeah, cloaking works if done properly, but it doesn’t magically fix a blacklisted domain. Even with cloaking, the domain’s history still matters. Using a good cloaker, like TrafficShield, JustCloakIt or similar tools, helps manage what different visitors see, which makes things a lot easier.
 
As the name suggests, you are "hiding it", so the domain name of the black page does not matter.

cloaking a blacklisted domain is not “okay,” and it still matters. Cloaking does not completely hide the problem.
