Cloaking Adwords/Bing and changing referring URL HELP

Guys

Im looking to cloake adwords and bings using a cloaked link that also changes the referring URL to the affiliate.

For example

customer sees Product ad on Google, clicks on ad, my cookie gets droped, customer buys products, affiliate company sees a referring URL(my site) and pays me commission.

I keep reading up on multiple products but you always seem to have a million posts then criticise that products.

Any help or recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
