Need to run blackhat facebook ads, already got banned on one ad account. I am running my ads on a blog article located in the store website with no blackhat keywords in the landing page and ad copies.

I am thinking about using a cloaker for more safety. Is there other things that could help me maintaining the ads alive?

I recommend you use an email autoresponder that acts better than a cloaker on the long-run.

1. You build an asset. The easier money you'll ever make are from repeat customers.

2. A squeeze form is the best cloaker there is by default. No residential or phone reviewer puts on their e-mail on a squeeze form but they may bypass even the most expensive cloaker.

Do not use same payment method. you will get banned again. So be careful while opening account. Just use another ip and clear all cookies.
Any more small tips that could be useful in the future? Any more methods to promote BH products on FB?

I am planning to use the same Facebook page. Can it get permanently restricted from advertising? Can they blacklist the domain from advertising, banning me immediately after submitting ads?

With facebook a cloak is much simpler than google. You just need to pass the first censorship and the viability of the campaign is quite high. I'm using change domain when submitting for moderation and change to main domain once it's live. good luck

Once you change the domain after the ad passed the first review it will be in review again, right?

Everything is risky. But it's better to use it as a precaution than not to use it
