First you need a funnel which is not getting approved on ad network because it is too aggressive, it should have high ROI.
Then you can cloak and get approved.
That's how you can use it to your advantage.

cloaking is not only used for search engine,
cloaking is also used in paid ads, tracking human reviewers into approving your non compliant landing page

You should be able to win this. I'd buy the pike beam, since your weapons are currently a bit weak for the flagship. The next step is to beef up your defenses. Cloaking should be your first priority, if you can find it. Use it to dodge missiles in phase 1 and the power surges in phases 2 and 3. Next priority would be level 4 shields, then engines. Be sure to fight as many ships as you can in sector 8 in order to get the scrap to buy those upgrades
