I want to run a meta ad to give away free sex toys.

The meta ad will send the user directly to my WhatsApp to talk about our offer.

Previously the meta ad was banned along with the WhatsApp.

Is this something cloaking can fix? If so can anybody help me with this set up?

You can cloak your whatsapp invite URL, that way there's a minimal chance of your whatsapp getting banned via Facebook.

Rent agency accs and cloak your whatsapp url directly , this way your whatsapp has lower chances of getting banned aswell
 
Yes, cloaking can help by showing a clean page to Meta reviewers while sending real users to WhatsApp. Use a strong cloaker like NoIPFraud or DemonCloak. Cloaking can help you hide the link and run ads smoothly. If you're unable to set it up, you can reach out to your service's support team, and they will assist you.
