anyone else using the cloakfish proxies experience poor customer service?

i ordered the proxies and nothing is showing in my account to activate them.

i sent an email on here to 'justone' and to the cloakfish customer service email and have heard nothing.

My experience has been a good one.

What you describe is highly unusual for justone. I'm sure there's a good reason for the delay. He might be wrapped up in the world cup action and his country team getting through to play the next round.
