I need to connect to an SSH server to be able to use my internet. I would like to start using cloakfish as i have heard good things about it. However i am unsure how i would go about setting it up so i could have it use my ssh server before anything else

I remember there was a program where you could select individual applications and route them over any proxy you wanted but for the life of me i cant remember the name ... and honestly im not even sure that would work

i currently use putty to connect to my ssh server and it set up a localhost proxy ob my pc i know cloakfish also set up a local host proxy

So i do i tie in those 2 so that one will forward everything it does through the other one

I really hope this makes sense as it bairly does to me

    thank You

You don't need to add any proxy to the route to increase security.
Cloakfish provides you very high anonymity, if you add an SSH server before it you do not increase anonymity.
If you add a proxy behind Cloakfish you might even risk your anonymity again as it might be possible to link the account back to you.

    Keep that in mind.
If you want to connect to SSH via cloakfish you should also enable port 22 in the ports configuration, not all available IPs allow all ports.

Never used cloakfish but I am assuming it gives you a proxy:port to route your traffic through.
you can plug that in ssh proxy settings.
