I have a cloaker that cloaks Google, Facebook, Yahoo and Msn
and am looking to do a joint venture with someone who need it
and has experience or a profitable campaign in one of these traffic sources.

I run technical support campaigns on bing and google adwords.

Hey...are cloakers only available as custom made programmes or can anyone request/are there sites offering?

Any commercial programs?
 
There are commercial products. Mine (wpCloaker), NoIPFraud, and Blackjack's JustCloakIt are examples of commercial tools.

In the older days there was Heard's foodscript, KloakIt, ShadownMaker (now sold by bSeolized), SEC, and a host of others.
