There are few ip quality service providers. Use their API and u r good to go. Im no coder so i cant be more specific. But before i knew that it is called cloaking (years and years ago and before Shadowmaster came around) i built first cloaker on simple htaccess (but it was for google and doorway pages).

I can suggest Link Cloaking is pretty good.. ^^ I love their service so far..
Now, there is no Facebook campaign type in JCI

hehe, you probably are from fraudfilter, as I see you spam it on threads, and by the way tried it on Adwords and FB, AdWords last for max 2 days. FB got banned after a few impressions.
It depend upon the buisness niche also whoch you are using otherwise we have run our campiagn for 3 months using claoking and getting tech leads.

Some of the worst offenders use a technique known as cloaking to circumvent Facebook's review processes and show content to people that violates Facebook's Community Standards and Advertising Policies. Facebook will ban advertisers or Pages found to be cloaking from the platform.
