My cloaked campaign after it was doing great now got rejected but the bm is still fine didn't get ban. I have no clear idea about the next move. Should i get a new account and burn this campaign. Could anyone here help me??

Chances are the account will be banned if you were to create a new (but similar) campaign on it pretty quickly.

Do you have access to new accounts?

You can find in the marketplace such services. FB cloacking is very common.
