Cloaked Affiliate Link in Header Image?

I made it so that my header/logo image links to my cloaked affiliate link (used prettylinks wordpress plugin).

Can I get penalized for this?

Edit: ok, no you can't. why would you? it's ok to link with whatever element you want..
