Hey guys,
Very new at this so please excuse if for starters, this is the wrong section.
I am seeking a way to spoof all my hardware ID's, including my MAC address. I have been ( believe it or not ) wrongly banned in an online game for having " suspicious " software on my PC they deemed to be malicious. Of the actual cheating part, I am completely innocent ( I am being serious here, I am not here to lie to anyone, I genuinely need help and that requires the utmost truth ).
Now I know what you are thinking.... "just buy another copy dummy ". Unfortunately, it is not that simple. They have found a way to block ALL future accounts, somehow, someway. It is NOT through IP because I had mine changed and even used a VPN so I am unaware how they are doing it. It is through Steam, but this time I used a different name, phone number, credit card, address etc etc..nothing at all points to my OLD account or names, aliases etc but still, they banned my new one some how.
Could there be a rat on my PC somewhere that is communicating with them? if so, how do I get rid of it? If not, how can I change enough stuff so to say so as to avoid future detection?
I thank everyone in advance for any help you are able to provide me in this matter.
Regards,
Grim.
