Cloak slowing down loading?

Hello i have cloaked my offer page hosted on X domain
With the white page hosted on Y domain

So when i click on Y domain it redirects me to the X page but really slow

May this slow loading be from cloaking?
(Working with fb ads)

What if i cloak within 1 domain both the white and offer page ,, will it be better?

Cloak with same domain, both to white offer? Wouldn't that defeat the purpose in using the cloaker???

You can cloak with 1 domain.
Make the cloak file to send bots to white page and costumers to offer page
