cloak links from custom fields(plz help)

hi blackhatworld members,please im an newbie for wordpress blogger, i use Geo places templatic template,the costum field link is there, but my problem is how to hide my affiliate links
i can do this for post whith ***** affiliates plugin,but for costum field no way
i have tested the free hide affiliate plugin,but haven't get the result
please any one can help me for this,need it to finally starting my site
