Clixgalore?

I have been using clixgalore for the past two months, my account balance has finally reached over the minimum withdrawal. I have a few questions though

1) When do they pay you? It shows monthly, at the 1st of every month or what?
2) Do you guys know of similar affiliate networks that don't require a social security?
