Free Royalty free videos are hard to come by.
You have a few options - buy a video subscription (there's a few video sites where you can pay an annual fee and download all you want).
Or, get royalty free images and just use some zooming effects to add motion.
Or use one of those cartoon makers like Powtoons to do easy animations that you can use in the video.
