Clients Site Totally Deindexed! HELP!

Hey!

So client had aged domain and really old site on it. I designed new site on Wordpress added in some new content and got it looking nice and modern.

Client now going mad at me claiming its my fault site not in google top 10 for its name anymore and when I checked "site:site.com" query it shows up blank/no results.

I DO NOT OFFER SEO TO CLIENTS ANYMORE so no backlinks were built by me at all.

Only thing I did was the client wanted a new domain name to be forwarded onto old site as she wanted to rebrand (SNAZZY NEW NAME redirects to OLD SITE). Would this get site deindexed?!

I dont have webmaster tools installed but would this help in finidng out why its been deindexed or is it too late to find out?

One more thing, when I paste all home text into google some pageinsider.com site shows up with all homepage content!

Client making out this is my problem, but all I did was redesign site.

Any help guys? (Id like to try fix this before I tell her to get lost ;) )

Your job was to redesign the website, not SEO why are you even worrying about it?
 
Maybe you have blocked google to index your site. Check the robots.txt file
 
Sergey - thanks, will do. Would adding in Google XML Sitemaps also help? I am trying to do this but the stupid ancient hosting she is using is preventing me from adding in plugins at the moment - will keep trying.

dllll - You're right. I have thought this too but since shes a local and I am trying to establish a good name in my local market I think Ill have to try sort it. If I cant and she goes crazy at me Ill tell her where to go no problem ;)
 
If there is videos on it, you can add google video sitemap, this may help for indexing also.
 
Check robots.txt ! Check if you are discouraging google bots to index your site ! Get webmaster access ! Fetch your site with WMT !
get a sitemap, good inner page link ! Should work !
 
I am getting her to create a google account so I can log in and install it on-site. I do not want her site to be under my Google accounts ;)

Doesnt seem like any Neg Seo but will keep an eye out.

Op sent me the website via pm. There is no robots.txt, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't deindexed, just temporarily dropped from the index, and the reason for that is in my opinion the loading time (over 7 seconds). It happened to me too. After solving the loading time, which shouldn't be more than 2 seconds, website will most probably get back in the index.

You need to use Google webmaster tool to check various errors you are getting. You might have made some mistake while updating links. Google webmaster can help you with keywords, indexed pages, crawled pages etc.
 
Thanks but the hosting shes using is so bad that trying to add in a plugin asks me for my FTP password and then when I enter it it still won't install. I tried via FTP too and even though Im logged in I keep getting ACCESS IS DENIED. Ridiculous.

Hosting company are on it at moment so fingers crossed.

If you have access to domain then just use cloudflare and it will start working in few minutes.

If your homepage content shows up when you search for snippets, then the site is not really deindexed. Be patient, and the site would reindex well. If you have several domains redirected to this one, check if any of those has any issues.

I have removed the redirect and the snippets are from another site not the actual domain.
