Client Suitable Link Building Recommendations?

Hey Guys,

I've been trolling through the link building section here for days now and i'm getting nowhere. Looking for suggestions.

Reading through pages of reviews/ reviewing sample links sent to me (most are garbage) etc. I have a client who is ranking well off my PBN already and wants to see some links, this particular client is going nowhere near my PBN as I keep this way too personal. I'm just looking for padding links that just look pretty/ legit and provide some benefit. Kind like one of those fake guest posting services but cut the bull.

So I am looking for:

• Legit looking PBN's that stay in a certain niche or stick to a few (instead of all articles being about wildly different topics).
• Don't have huge footprints
• Decent (ish) Metrics (least important)
• Look Nice (most importantly)
• Allow me to provide the content/ provide it but don't use spun crap.
• Will provide me with the URL's.

I shouldn't have such a hard time finding this but here I am anyway, any ideas?
