Client side redirect script

I?m looking for someone who can create a specific traffic redirect script.

- When a user arrives on the page, it will fetch in the background an external page (different domain). The page request must come for the user side.
- The script will fetch 2 variables from that page and added to a predefined http url
- The user is then redirected to this predefined url with the added variables.
