Is there any Client Management/Project Management Software for SEO Business's ?

I have taken a look at a couple different ones when you Google, but they are all monthly services.

I wanted a software or php script to where I can post this either pdf's or html to show clients rankings in the serps, Google Analytics information.

Also be able to enter there information as far as ftp, maybe invoices, other client information. Looking for something that can do it all suprised I havent found anything. Anybody know of something?

    Thank You

I'd also be interested in such software. Although, I'm looking to outsource some of the works to the people here in the marketplace ie. link-building.

    Any opinion on that OP?
PS. I don't have my own PBN but loads of clients.

    Hey Zakotica,

I dont have any recommendations from link building marketplace here. I learned a lot from http://www.matthewwoodward.co.uk his blog will teach you so much about link building he has a 6 part series that walks you through it for free. By far the best I have seen.

Also PBN's are hard to get going. But there are plenty of tutorials out there how to purchased expired domains and to get going on those. I have 3 different PBN's for my clients.

Also as for codecanyon I have checked there. They have client management, but not for SEO. Doesnt have any of the options I listed above. They have client portals you can enter information in.

But not display serp rankings or anayltics information. I think Im going to build a custom back end from an admin template as they are in html and shouldnt be to hard (hopefully) :)

Will post it here when Im done maybe you guys can use it too.

Tyrion let me know if you have seen one on codecanyon as I have looked through a lot of them and they dont match what I want.

Yes I have Rank Tracker from SEO powersuite. It's very simple and not enough reporting for what I think client's should have. It just tells you if you have gone down or up for a keyword. I would like a day to day chart of the progress through each month. Also be able to show bounce rate and expected visitors from the rankings they currently have. Rank tracker shows some of this stuff. But I want to make it available for client's to see. There reports aren't that great. Let me know if you guys know if anything else.

Thank you so much for the reply OP. Really appreciate the answer!
What would you mean by "hard to get into"? Can you specify a rough time-frame and maybe budget too? ---

My plan is to either outsource all the links to others or try to build one of my own within 6 months.

One of our link suppliers from the company I work for use aged domain with very very low authority on a PR of 0 to 1 only. AND it works wonders for our clients in local SEO such as plumbers, electricians, painters, video production, etc.

    Hello Zakotica,

That's great to here. Local SEO is much easy to do and using low authority works great and dont cost that much either compared to high DA and PR.

Sometime's PBN's can cost up to $1500 and take 3 - 4 months. I have learned a lot about them from these 3 blog posts by some great Marketing Guru's

    http://nichesiteproject.com/private-blog-networks/
    http://doseoyourself.com/build-your-own-private-blog-network-the-right-way/
    http://www.cloudincome.com/building-private-blog-network/
    http://www.nichepursuits.com/how-ra...to-the-top-of-google-easier-than-ever-before/

Also if you dont wan't to build them yourself.
Spencer over at Niche Pursuits works with another guy and they built http://rankhero.co

    Hope this all helps.

Are you looking for something similar to this? http://www.webceo.com/

I was thinking about getting it as I am using their online version to help manage clients and allow my clients to get an update on the work that is being done.

Normally I use Replicon for client management. Starting from the time tracking, task management and tracking, expense reporting, project management every single approach has been the best part of the same with good and desired end result.

The first thing that came to my mind when I read your query was that you should take a look at Replicon suite. They are based not on projects but on tasks, time and people. In every project management application you can easily prioritize tasks of every team member.

There are a lot of such tools, but I suggest to take a look at this most popular tool. It is the best solution that allows you to prioritize your clients as well. To do that we've chosen a different approach for our tool to manage workflows of our projects.

Moreover, every team member get a personal task list which is already prioritized in a proper order. And every project workflow is an advanced template which can be easily reused in a future projects.

I know this is an aging thread and you were wanting a self hosted solution but I wanted to throw out seoprofiler. They have a really in depth reporting system with white labeled pdf reports on specific areas of interest like ranking, competition, backlinks, etc. as well as an embedded web report you can host on your own server for customers to view at anytime. It's only $1 for a 30 day trial. Like you, I would prefer a completely self-hosted reporting/tracking system but these guys are doing good work for a decent price.

Note: I am in no way affiliated with these guys... just like their product.

SEO profiler looks cool, but ya dont really want to pay 100 if I can have something of my own. I know there are the ones on themeforest. Just dont know how I woud hook it up to Google Analytics or a ranking software. Any ideas what is the best for that?

Make sure whatever you do that you control your ranking data, don't trust it to cloud services because if they have a data loss - so do you.
