I have sent 10k-10k followers to 2 twitter profiles now he said that he can't access the profile and when he asked twitter about the issue they said there was some activity on profile by followers with blacklisted IPs.
So, he is saying that the followers I sent where of LQ which made these profiles in trouble.
But now he has got access to those profiles but he is not paying the amount.

Can someone suggest me what to do at this point.

Don't tell me to threaten him that I will take back my followers.

Please suggest me some meaningful ideas at this.

You should have taken the payment first before sending the followers

My tip is to fix your services first, else you will come again here asking the same question over and over again. Test your followers to see if they blacklist a new account, just to be sure you`re providing quality service
