What is your actual skill or what niche are you selling into? (and do you have products to sell?)
I looked at all your posts but it wasn't clear. Nothing that I could really pin down. What market places are you registered on and what payment gateways do you have setup once you have skills / products? Then you can ask to get clients, as thats the perfect stage.
your post should be....
"How to get clients when i registered on 5 marketplaces, and setup paypal for my widget service, and stripe for my widget products. I have a business bank account, and I'm ready to get clients, I have what it takes to stay motivated and have the skills and products, what do you suggest I do and target first?"
If you want to eat at the table, at least bring something worthwhile in terms of what YOU done up till now.

So ,yea client hunting is very normal
