I am a writer and the client did not pay when i gave him the articles. He does not want to pay. Any ideas how can i recover the costs or take a revenge on the client?. Is it a good idea to give all the articles here in BHW?.

any recommended sites?

How many articles was it and how much were you expecting to receive? Take that amount as an expensive lesson learnt and move on to making more money.

Always take money upfront or at least half the payment. No point wasting more money or time on this if it is going to get you nowhere.

I had a issue with my client. She collected 600 hotmails and then did not pay me then i shared these all in another forum. So you can try to do the same

Thanks for those inputs.. articles are almost 700+.. planning to blast these articles on several sites.. or will give them here.. niche is resumes.

You better share them, will have a lot more impact. Go to some forums and give them for free.

first thing you should have taken money unfront atleast half the amount.

Do you have the personal details of the client..if yes , email him that your gonna post his details on many big forums and that hes a scammer.

If you dont have his info. Your done.

Giveaway the articles or post the articles on squidoo page or hubpages before he does.

Yes you can share the articles atleast .....you should have taken upfront before starting the work......

Just submit them to a Autoapprove article directory.

Go articles will work :)

That sucks, but at the same time, you have to almost take it as a lesson learned. You can mess with him or publish the articles, but time is money. For future purposes you should basically collect all the money up front if you can. If not get at least half. And remember for everyone who doesn't want to pay up front, there is someone who will pay up front.

if you aren't gonna get paid for em I would definitely make sure they get blasted out everywhere so that he loses value. Save yourself some work and share them here, on dp and anywhere else you can think.

If they are related to resumes, hit me up. I have clients in the niche so can buy them off you.

Learn from it. When doing anything worth over $250, I require at least half deposit upfront. I've been duped many times for stuff like this - luckily most of my stuff involves websites.

For my design stuff, I use HEAVY watermarking + half down. That way, if they want to try to steal the art/design, I still have half and they have a pain in trying to duplicate or get the watermark off.

Good luck.

if you know his sites.
Post everywhere like.

admin of blahblah.com is a scammer!!!

Write a blog post about it.

Then email him that you'l be goin around forums to forums doing this for a whole day , if he doesnt pay.

Nothing is worst than harming someones reputation on the internet.

Start a Blog titled "Copyrighted Work I Have Done: For Sale", and post your work to that blog. When the scammer publishes your work on his site you can file a complaint for copyright infringment. If he's big & has money, you can hire an attorney and sue him. Use the blog as proof you have published the work, and that it has been stolen from you.

HI guys. Thanks for all those ideas. The lesson here would be asking for upfront. I trusted much on clients and this was the result. My only concern now is how to get back at him and revenge. For his reputation, I don't think it is a good idea since his name is common.

I am searching now how to make his adsense banned. Any idea how to do this?

Well , the sweetest way to avenge urself is to harm his income sources.

If he has Adsense on his side , then search the forum and find some Shitty proxies , head over to his sites and keep on clicking on all the ads mutiple times which will end up getting his Adsense Account BANNED forever.
