Hello,

I think its time I try to make myself feel more safe when it comes to getting clients.

I looked at I believe Tacktical's client contract and the client signs and everything but I have a question.....

1.How do you get the clients to sign the contract if they are not near where you live? Do you send them the contract through mail and they sign it or how?

2. Do you tell your clients that if they do not like the results of their rankings or a panda hits and they want their money back, are you supposed to give them their money back? Are you supposed to tell your clients that once they give you their money that you cannot give it back because you already invested the money into doing seo for them?

Are their any of you who deal with clients without contracts? I know some clients might be wary of having to sign a contract.
For those that dont do contracts, do you tell your clients they cannot get their money back because you already have invested it into SEO?

Just looking at your threads so I can leave rep for the Fiverr trade and saw this.

Posted back in April and no one's responded. PM me and I'll forward you an example of the SEO agreements we have customers sign.

For distant clients, usually we e-mail them the form and either have them fax it back or scan it and e-mail it to us. If you don't have a fax machine, there are services online that assign you a fax number that forwards faxed documents to your e-mail address.

Hi, I can't pm yet but I would love the forms you use for seo if you could send them to me. thanks

Can you send me that ZIP File to my email amoneymogul at gmail, the link expired on tackticals post
