Yeah I'm having the the same problem until today. Google is so random with bans, and the appeals process is useless. So today, I tried opening adwords account under an old(about a year old) google user account I have. I'm using the same contact name as the banned one, I just added a business name to go with it. I'm also using a different personal cc with with my name on it (same as the banned one). I'm currently running a "safe ad," that got almost instant approval. I'm trying to warm this account up, if you will, before I try any other methods. We'll see how this goes.

Greetings! It seems that a lot of BHWers are having an issue with banned Adwords account. Here are my 2 cents of contribution to this convo :) - There is no workaround to get the ban undone until you are NOT actually doing anything 'funny' that's against their TOS. If you were, well then, you asked for it. After getting banned - the best thing to do is - use a fresh account with new identity. By new identity I mean - new funding source, name etc (everything). More than this identity-switch - the important thing is to figure out what caused the Adwords-boot? As even if you hire someone to run accounts for you or if you use some tricks (that are hidden in different threads on this VALUABLE forum), you will end up on Square One and this will be an endless cycle. I have consulted for several individual affiliates and businesses in myriad of PPC niches and all of them had one thing in common. They all only cared to go live, without FIXING the inherent issues that are causing the ban. So before you spend your Green on doubtful websites and forum scammers, make sure you are done reading TOS laid down by Adwords. Every niche has its own limitations. Its a fact that in most less-liberal regions, Surrogate-ads are a RAGE when promoting questionable services/products. They cost more, but due to less competition or virtually NO Competition (in some niches) - the ROI is through the roof.
