Clicksure has delayed my last 2 payments because their USD payments service providers has been frozen by the U.S. Department of Treasury. Anybody have this issue or heard of this problem?

Hello,

ClickSure was recently informed that the assets of Counting House Services Ltd, one of the USD payments service providers we use to send affiliate payments has been frozen by the U.S. Department of Treasury. Due to alleged fraudulent cheque processing by it’s parent company, PacNet Services Ltd.

Please note that this allegation is unrelated to ClickSure or the services they provide for ClickSure Payments Ltd.

Counting House was one of the largest affiliate payment processing providers out there and unfortunately this has affected a number of organizations including ClickSure.

Consequently, some of the ClickSure affiliate payments on Thursday 22nd September may be delayed.

You mentioned that you were missing 2 weeks payments? This issue should only have affected 1 weeks paycheck.
Please send an email to [email protected] with your account username and the missing weeks paycheck you are referring to, so we can see what the delay is on the second payment.

Note that we have placed an urgent trace on all affected payments and will keep you updated should there be any further developments.

As you have come to expect from ClickSure, we always ensure you are paid and hope to resolve this matter ASAP. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.

In the event your paycheck does not credit your account within the next 14 days, please contact our client services department on Monday the 10th of October 2016.

It is also worth noting that all future paychecks are unaffected by this issue, as we have multiple payment providers and are now using our alternatives without any delays.

Let me know if we can help with anything else.

Thanks,
Ben

Thanks Ben,

I just wasnt sure if the issue is global or just certain affiliates. Ive actually got some payments and will PM you my username and missing payments.
I will continue to support clicksure...

Cheers!

i feel the same, i have stop using clicksure since a year ago.

I'm avoided clicksure long time ago due to void payment..
Voids can be processed for a variety of reasons, these are controlled and processed by the Advertiser (owner of the product) and not ClickSure.
In some cases, it could be if the Advertiser feels the orders were fraudulent and purchased purely in-order to generate an affiliate commission.
It could also be simply because of tracking problems where the Advertiser fired the tracking pixel to ClickSure incorrectly and as a result, the order does not match up in their own payment processing account.

I hope this answers your query about why your commission payment may have been made void in the past.
