Looking at ****** you can get 1000 site vistors from $0.40...
there is a $5 minimum advertising charge for using ****** so thats like 20,000 real views
now if you set up a landing page with something like "Click here to skip the advert" with a clickjacking script you can see the potential here.
The 40 cent /1000 traffic is from thailand and other places but that is still targeted... I'm sure there is still potential there.
