Anyway, where are you watching these ads at? Depending on the ad network, you may be able to get away with using a basic auto-clicker. You can download them or code one yourself.
If the ad network is a bit more advanced, then you'll either have to code/hire some to code a bot for you or find one on the web.

Hmmm...All ads4money websites have an anti-bot system...Sucks.I could script an auto-clicker but now I have to find a website with no anti-bot. :/

There are much better uses of your time - this type of sites are going to waste a huge amount of your time and you are going to earn next to nothing. Instead of trying to earn a bit more from them, start reading this forum and start learning about much more profitable things you could be doing online. So invest in yourself, learn something useful and make better money instead of wasting hours for a few cents that you might not even get in the end.

I'd say switch completely to something more profitable and requires as much effort. You'll just waste less time and actually learn some sick skills. Browse through the Making Money section of BHW and you'll find way too much information there. Consolidate, understand, apply.
