ClickBetter Sales Massively Down - Anyone Same Issue?

For the past perhaps 20 days my Clickbetter sales are down by about 30-40%, with the same traffic composition and quality. I suspect they are having more transactions declined than usual.

Anyone else here with a similar experience recently?
