Attention all Clickbank vendors and affiliates alike:

We've checked the order links of numerous CB products randomly (including our own) and for the last 7 hours they have ALL resulted in a huge loading time delay, eventually leading to an error page.

Approx 1 out of 8 attempts had resulted in CB's checkout page but it too had taken ages to load.

We've already contacted our VIP guy at Clickbank and Premier support.

You're welcome to test your order links and report here.

Thanks,
Mike.

Pay.clickbank.net is DOWN for everyone.
It is not just you. The server is not responding...

Yeap, definitely down. It times out when loading the payment page.

I wonder how is Clickbank going to compensate affiliates and vendors about this, especially to those sending paid traffic to the offers.

And yikes, I'm wondering what's up with Clickbank. They've been experiencing more and more sudden, prolonged downtimes as compared to the past. I think the last one was 1-2 months back?

This seems to be the worst. I heard this current downtime has been going on for nearly 8 hours now. I can't imagine how many lost sales it has resulted.

I never said it was just me. I said that we tested numerous different order links (including our own) and they were ALL down. Waiting for a satisfying response from our CB contact guy.

On top of that, we had invested in a huge campaign (that had a proven track record for similar products in the past) for one of our offers and ran it yesterday and unexpectedly it produced very poor results. It was only after we checked our order links 8 hours ago that we found out the reason.

Update: maybe it's too early to crack open the champagne but all order links seem to be fine now.

How about you guys and gals?

We're still waiting for an answer from Clickbank that would justify a nearly $4K loss in revenue on account of this major 8 hour hiccup.

Mike.

Update: our VIP guy said Clickbank will soon release an apology and statement/solution
with regards to the glitch on their order servers.

Sure hope some serious preventative measures will be implemented here.

Mike.

It was down for 12 hours for basically everyone. People lost thousands of dollars - especially on paid traffic. Absolutely terrible. We should all consider moving to SoftwareProjects/MaxWeb instead.
