Clickbank + Website Affiliate Journey 2015

Update 1
Today, I have been working on my affiliate site whilst waiting for the graphics to be done for my Clickbank product site. I currently have 10 articles on the website. I got high when I said I wouldn't in 2015, so I tried to compensate for the guilt by writing like a demon and getting stuff done. The articles will need updating and re-formatting tomorrow, but at least the words are there!
I also have created a video for a Clickbank product. I managed to download the product from somewhere (along with a fucking Yahoo toolbar...) so I gave an "inside look" at the product which should mean the conversion rate should be high, because it's not your typical "review" video. The gravity is low, and there is only one video ranking on Google, so I think with a couple of thousands retention views, I can rank it.
Should I link directly to the product page as I've done in the past, or should I link to the review on my blog? Please offer advise based on experience.
Once I start getting traffic to the site, I'll add a nice banner, and possibly put together a freebie and start collecting emails. I stopped my Aweber account after my list stopped buying from me (because I spammed the shit out of them for Xmas money, which worked).
My CB account so far. Just get a few random sales from something I did a while ago. Looking for daily sales.

This kinda motivates me, i'm not doing mlm but the point is the same. At the beginning everyone "laughs" or thinks you are crazy etc.
In the end hard work will pays out, say bye bye to the guys and travel to somewhere!

Dude, how are you making those "random sales" seemingly quite easily? Please shed some light. I'm struggling a lot with CB after trying a lot of methods. I just want atleast $350/week.
Also, tell me the amount of traffic you're getting and hops per order count please.

Update 2
Today I have still been working on my website and my goals of Clickbank income. For my website, I have a further 2 Clickbank product reviews completed. One is a product that's been around for a while, and has quite a high gravity, and the other is a product that is launching tomorrow morning. I'm hoping that it get's indexed and can get some traffic tommorow, but I think I left it a little bit too late.
I also updated the website, the menus, the sidebars etc to make everything look nicer, but I'm not going to be spending too much time with this. I also monetized the sidebar with a ebook cover which is linked to a CB product.
In addition, I made a review video for one of the products I have already reviewed on my website. It's a very low gravity product, so I'm just going to buy a link wheel on Fiverr and see what it does. It's already number 3 for the term "product review" in Youtube, but I need it to be on the front page of Google as well.
I don't plan on making loads of videos, as I'm in the MMO/IM niche and it's pretty risky on Youtube. If I do, I'll have to throw in some legit videos on the channel to make it less shady.
I also built a backlink to the website today, even though my posts are getting indexed very quickly. The link I built was from a Blogger blog that I have. It has about 10 posts, and I'm basically using it as a tier one link farm. I'll probably create about 5 links to my new website with this little blogger blog, and then buy some tier two links to point at the blog.
No update on earnings yet, as there is none. Oh, and I already got my first visitor from Google, so that has motivated me even more. Shame he didnt go on to buy anything lol.
