clickbank vs adsense

i have a white hat music community that i'm setting up, and i'm debating on which direction to go with my ads. i was gonna start with adsense, but recently decided to look into clickbank.

i like the fact that with clickbank, i can choose whatever ad i want, and that i could also design my own ads for the link, etc. what do you guys think? what's a better direction for this sort of thing? adsense or clickbank?

Why not the best of both worlds as long as you will keep every thing
related to your niche (Music) ......

you can promote music related products from CB & in the same time show
adsense ads in your site about music ......

use adsense competitive ad filter to remove your competitors from
showing up in your site.

if I were you I wouldn't use clickbank. you wont get constant sales if your visitors are not targeted. You will just end up with 1-5 sales per year by putting clickbank. thats based on my experience too.

I wouldn't use Clickbank of AdSense, you should maybe try signing up for the iTunes affiliate program via Linkshare.com.

You didn't really give use specifics on what your music community will be about, so I can't really help ya.

I would recommend Adsense especially if your pages doesn't contain any preselling about the Clickbank product you're selling.
