    Hi all,

i have promoted one CB product (doesnt matter which one). If you go to the vendors page, you see some price for this product, but if you decide to leave the page, they wont let you go that easily and offer a discount on their product.

I made a small test, a friend of mine has bought this product using my HOPlink with this discount and what happend? I see in CB report that he has clicked the link but there is no sale! :smashfrea

I have found a customer for them and those bastards will not give me anything for this?? Is this normal behavior?

    Pls share your experience,
    thx

Do it again record in video and send to clickbank support. If this is true really bad. But I haven't noticed this problem myself. If vendor offer dicount then I simply got less per sale that's all.

 report that to CB and please give us the name of the vendor, because a lot of people could be losing money on that.. :S

regards and good luck on solving that

    This is interesting indeed.

Try it again. You can always get a refund in a week's time

Since when does CB answer support questions in a timely manner, if at all?

Over the past 2 yrs iv contacted them numerous times and only once did they respond but they never bothered with any followups.

They do shave. They are like all the other networks. They can steal as much as they want. Your job is too prove it. The reason why nobody has sued the pants of these networks for fraud is because it very hard to prove.

So if you want to get into this business and make alot of money shaving then go ahead and do it because you will get away with it. See Markethealth as another example.

Quite frankly im sick and tired of these fucken networks stealing. Its in the millions not thousands and they all do it.

I've never noticed this happening on CB, but I sadly experience it on a daily basis across various CPA networks - its so frustrating...

Kinda sad that CB does it considering that its on a 'per sale' basis...its a little different then being shaved on an email submit :/

I have never seen this happen. would be very interesting to get some documented proof of this and report it to clickbank if it is true.

This vendor is one of those stealers.

Last week, one of my friend's students decided to promote his product.
She used the link above which is taken from clickbank. When she arrived
to the sales page, there was no opt in.

So, she decided to promote the product. After cleared cookies, she tried
her affiliate link. Guess what? AHAAA.... Yes, opt in. So, she opted in.

The next day, the vendor sent his first email. Guess what? He is a mother
fucker stealer. He replaced all promotion links with his affiliate ID. But, there
were more... Yes, guys... This guy was a vampire.. He tried to suck
    every chance he had.

    Check this
    HTML:
    http://www.clickbank.com/spotlightProfile.htm?f=mkt&v=LIEBE17
It's his spotlight page. Can you see at the bottom right corner of the page
for a little box 'Also Recommended'? Yes, he had 3 more affiliate links
    for those vendors' product.

    So, anymore mystery....???

Oh hell yes! She sent an email to the vendor which contained every
single curse in the witch world. So, who won? The witch or the vampire?

Haha... of course the vampire because he had nothing to lose. The next day,
she received a confirmation email about unsubscribe from the list. LOL...

    So, what?
We should curse him too... because he is a VAMPIRE!
Yes, a lame vampire! So, fuck him hard until he say,
    'i'm busted!'

I'm a vendor in Clickbank of a product that gets a few sales a day. I don't think Clickbank shave, nor is it the vault of the vendor... it's just that Clickbank tracking sucks.

Google Analytics tracked a sale from one of my affiliate's websites yesterday, but Clickbank didn't credit them as the affiliate.

Fortunately in this case I can contact the affiliate from the referring website to give them their commission, but in a lot of cases I cannot contact the affiliate to give them credit for sales they made.

Yeah too bad some vendors are losers, not respecting their affiliates.

I know this vendors site, it isn't good, sales copy too short and probably some BS ebook.

One rule affiliates should follow, is to only promote products that are being sold through the index page of a website and not some internal page.

that's how to do a business.
you're bullshitting people, then you will get bullshitted by people at the end.

absolutely. but, just how many people know about this?
so guys, take a lesson from this thread or you're just bullshitting
your every effort. don't give those damn vendors every single
chance to suck anything from you. you rule, not them!

Whether clickbank tracking sucks, clickbank shaves or vendor cheating, the fact is affiliates do lose a lot of sales along the way. I'm promoting a product on clickbank. Last 3weeks, over 200 order form impressions for this product but no sales reported for me. I send people to the product page, they read the sales letter and click on the order button. I mean not even 1 of them ended up buying? If they don't wanna buy then why do they click on to the order form after reading the sales page?

IME .. high order form impressions and no sales could be due to the sales page not posting the price. So visitors to the site just click the order link to find out the price.

I was promoting vendor Liebe17's product and I was shocked when I read the above post by penaakul about the possibility of this vendor stealing. I checked him out by signing up to his optin form, which offers a free chapter of the ebook before buying, and the @zzhole does replace my affiliate link with his own. If you think about it if he is offering a free chapter in his book of course many people will go for it first. I'm sitting here wondering just how many sales this guy has stolen from me. I have been helping him make money for many months.

For the past 8 days straight I didnt make one single sale. Then after reading this thread I changed all my affiliate links to promote a different product and guess what? I made two sales lastnight.

I just don't get how this guy can be so greedy. We affiliates work very hard and if I am making money then so is he. It's a perfect scenario.

I don't know if many other vendors are such lowlives but just be careful guys. Check that your vendor is not sneakily stealing your sales...

stay away from Liebe17 "The Woman Men Adore"

    p.s

    many thanks to penaakul!

That does it enough is enough, I'll compete with this liebe guy and take over!

I've been in the dating niche for many years, and I've got a 100% original book I had written 2 years ago on how to find the right man and different types of men etc.

So Here's what I'll do I'll put the book online (it's offline now), get some cool graphics made and show this scammer what it means to scam your affiliates.

I'll also go ahead and do my research and contact all the affiliates promoting this scammers products and give them a much better option!

I was going to release such a product 2 years ago, but I never thought there was a big enough market for it. This thread just poved me wrong.

I guess it's time to work, will try to get all this done in the next 24 hours.

    Thanks,
    Erik

    Welcome to CB fellas.

Let me add if you piss off CB, they won't let you know they're pissed at you. They'll just shave you to pieces. They won't ban you, they'll just steal your commissions. They are very clever and track different accounts you have and tie them all together. Don't get caught cookie stuffing or anything against their rules or they will silently shut you down.

I have been a CB affiliate and vender for 4+ years.

Venders have it pretty good. Affiliates get screwed left and right.
