ClickBank vendor "bait and switch"?

So I noticed a vendor put their product on ClickBank for a while, accumulating those baseless "reviews" by CB affiliates in SERPs. Then all of a sudden they just switched to non-ClickBank (and non-affiliate-marketing) order form processor and took all the profits away, without even notifying ClickBank to take down their offer in marketplace.

Affiliates building a micro niche site specifically for this product, or a product name EMD are basically screwed, promoting their product for free!

Now, I kind of want to write and rank a "genuine review" for this vendor.
