Clickbank tracking with FB

Hey,

I am tracking clickbank sales in FB with clickbanks own tracking option, but for some reason it isn't showing roughly 30% of the sales.

I know I could ask the vendor to put the pixel on their thank you page, but as my campaigns are already optimizing for that conversion, I wouldn't really want to start gathering the data from zero again.

Has anyone else had any issues with clickbanks own FB tracking? The add to carts seem to show up pretty accurately. Would be good to be able to see 100% of the sales through that.

I might be wrong, but it seems all payments made via paypal don't show up, where as visa/disc/mstr purchases show up.

That's strange might be worth asking Clickbank about it, maybe that there is a bug with the Paypal sales that they aren't aware of.

Asked clickbank support yesterday.
They first gave a bunch of BS answers like "Clickbank is tracking your paypal sales" and sent screenshot of my transaction page + "we don't recommend adding your FB pixel directly to the vendors page".
Once I explained the situation 2 more times, they just said "your setup is correct and we don't know why facebook is not showing all sales"

Confirmed yesterday that it was not just for paypal, but generally 25-30% of sales don't show up in facebook.
