So i was wondering anyone else having this kind of problem.

I had same traffic on 6.9 and 7.9 and then it dropped to less than half and then last 2 days it says 0 though i have made sales in this time and have visited my own affiliate links but no effect on stats

The thing at stats page says normal operation and last update this morning. I know they can be delayed at times, but 4 days bit too much?

Thnx

I was going to start a thread yesterday but BHW was down. I am having the same problem. Showing 0 hops for the last 2 days.

If you go to left of the analytic page and click either "by tracking id" or "by customer country". It will show the total number of hops you have had at the bottom of the page.

I'm glad to hear that your sales are still tracking, because I have not made a sale in the last 2 days. But its not unusual for me to go a day or 2 without sales.

If you really need to track which links are getting clicked until they fix this mess. You will need to put a tracking id in all of your affiliate links.

i see , "good" i got few complaints forwarded from CB support so i though the fuckers are shutting me down :O

Good to know

Hey, antsaoo, I have the same problem with you.

I think delay in providing tracking information is not the key problem, I am afraid that Clickbank has issue in tracking sales. I have noticed that my daily sales statistics is very unnatural. For the same amount of traffic, there can be more than 5 transactions per day, and in the worst case, there could be no sale in a week.

I totally understand uncertainty and did learn Statistics in college, the tracking information Clickbank shows me in its Analytics system is quite unnatural in term of normal distribution.

Anyway, I was advised to create another account since I have been told Clickbank often has difficulty to accurately and properly track its existing affiliate accounts. (not confirmed.)

But Clickbank has a lot of requirements before I can use the direct deposit function. I am living in Hong Kong and it is not easy to cash in the clickbank checks as well. Fuck Clickbank.

Same here. I encountered 0 hops for the last 2 days.
The Clickbank Tracking having some problem.

Yep, CB are useless for stats, there has been no update for a few days now. Sales are still being recorded though so I guess that's the important thing.

Glad that it's not just me.

I got pretty worried, 2 days ago I changed over ALL my clickbank links to a link tracking service called linktrackr. and since then my clickbank stats went from a steady number of hops to 0.

I thought it was to do with the linktracking service, but then found out it was clickbank messing up.

Jdog37 is right, clickbank still seems to report on your tracking ID's ok. I set a tracking ID called 10sep to see if any new hops get picked up, and it does work.

I am really glad I got linktrackr, at least I can still monitor my affiliate links properly even if clickbank can't.

Add me to the list of affiliates that has seen 0 hops for the past 3 days in the analytics. I usually get 40-50 hops per day. Its hard to believe that CB says sales are not affected. WTF!

So anyone actually contacted them to know wtf is going on with their system?

I sent them a message via their FB page. So sales are still getting tracked right?? No hop count in about 4 days, this sucks.

I have the same problem. CB is earning millions and they suck? Why are they so retarded? F***ers.

Must be an affiliate thing, just logged onto my vendor account and it's tracking hops fine.

I'm not getting sales also. I have many order for impresions but not sales. I hope I don't lose money because my conv rate is much bigger than this.

No recorded sale in a few days so suddenly for the same amount and same quality of traffic, could it be?
Fucking Clickbank is not honest in reporting affiliate earnings. Thinking to quit Clickbank.

Ohh others aren't getting sales tracked! Launched a new project during CB's downtime (had 300+ clicks), hope I've made some $$$$$ :D

I am having the same problem so I decided to create new links and replace my old ones to see if this make any difference. If it doesn't help then clickbank has a big problem on their hands. I can't believe there is no mention of this problem on their website.

When I wake up, this shit better be fixed!

Just got this error when trying to go to my Analytics.

"The page your requested has generated an error. If you continue to receive this error please contact customer support. Please use the main navigation to continue."

Atleast it looks like something is getting done now.
