the 2nd ban could happen because couple of reasons: same credentials given upon registration, cookies, ip address etc.
maybe it was a serious violation you committed with your 1st acc, so CB banned/flagged your ip and you said, that you don't use a proxy, so i assume you used the same ip when registered your 2nd acc and with that you linked your banned 1st acc to your 2nd acc

but yea, contact them

I think that someone reported you for copyright infringement. If you copied articles without permission of the owner than you deserve to be banned.

Copied content? They don't care, vendor blacklisting you? That couldn't be the reason. Ranking the site BH way? They don't care.

If you still don't know contact them and come back and let us know why it happened, there is no use getting opinions from us all, where most of us don't even thing of getting banned from CB.

This is pure conjecture. I'll conjecture then that it IS a suspended account. I'm with those saying you know why you got banned. Breaking the TOS of CB is something that's nearly impossible to do so you must absolutely know what you did, and it's not a content issue in my opinion. You mis-promoted something, repeatedly bought from yourself, blatantly stole someone's copy, direct linked incorrectly, or some other nefarious thing that you absolutely know you did wrong.

As for why your second account got banned ... it is likely because you registered from the same PC/device and/or IP address. Good luck resolving this. Why not just promote in straight up ways. So much money to be made at CB that trying to scam them or their vendors somehow isn't cool at all.

Just get a PO box/alternative address, use Firefox portable with a proxy, etc.

CB can act like a menopausal bitch sometimes.Happened to me a few times, but you keep on rollin' - just try different tactics next time, and learn from your mistakes

You are copying someone else's articles, I believe that you copied from sites that are well ranked on Google, vendors and owners of sites are seen what you done and reported you, and that's it...

I don't know man I ask the vendor which product I promote are they blacklisted me and they said that they don't have my name blacklisted.. like ZennoBlaster said CB can act like a menopausal bitch sometimes..

Having copied content or getting blacklisted will never result in banning you, there is another reason here.
