Hi - The other day I tried to log into my account and got this:

"Your ClickBank account has been suspended.

After reviewing your ClickBank account, we have concerns about your account activity. If you received a request to provide ID verification, please follow the instructions provided via email.

Your account has been suspended at this time. Actions within your account, including promotion, are not accessible.
For additional inquiries about your account status, please contact [email protected]."

Today I get a reply back and they state that my chargeback rate was over 1% which is why they suspended me. They also state that I need to wait 90 days to allow other chargebacks/refunds to process.

They also say to contact them to request the release of any remaining funds in my account.

My questions are after those 90 days my account be fully re-instated and active again? Or will I just be able to get money out of it and it's 100% gone?

Thanks a lot for any help and I would love to hear from other people with similar situations since I can't find anything about this online.

Does anyone know the answers to these questions by any chance? Thanks.

Have you got your account back and remaining sale money? I got an account suspension. But they doesn't tell me I will get my remaining money back after 90 days or something. I have 5% chargebacks.

I was able to get the money out of my account because it started the process of being transferred out before I was suspended. That was the only good part because it was over 5K since that was my threshold. I did contact CB again and they'll re-open my account but can't until December. This is when my chargeback rate will be stabilized.

You will get your money after 90 days, but your account will stay suspended...

The good thing about clickbank is they send your commission even after they suspend accounts.
I got my commission though its just $100 or $200.

[/QUOTE can you explain the charge back ?

whats the meaning of charge back

Over 1% of people started a claim and disputed the transaction saying it was a fake charge or something to that effect. I got 10 days left so hopefully, my account gets put back in place so I can see which product caused this mess.
