Clickbank support AWFUL!

    Hey

    I just thought I would make a new thread about Clickbank support, a few months ago you would always receive a response within like 48 hours now its soooooo much worse.

    My new product is in the proccess of being approved and after I sent them a text document of the voice over for my promotional video I didn't hear back from them for like 2 months. I sent several support requests and with absolutely no answer. My last support request I sent was replied with by a "How would you rate our support". Wtf, going on.

    Are they purposely being evasive from me for no apparent reason or is there support ticket system completely and utter shi*t, lol .

    I have finally just resubmitted my product for approval a few days back and hope all goes well and I don't get ignored.

    Does anyone have any ideas why this happened? or what to do if this happens again? Do clickbank have a support phone number?

    Hello,

    I never had any problem with Clickbank support. There must be something wrong here because I always get every image, upsell, etc approved in 1 day.
