Yeah, it's REALLY difficult to sort the IM products. It can be done if you know how, but it's certainly not a place I'd recommend that a newb start out.

For every mailing I do of IM-related products, I do research for a couple days. As a result, a BAD promo for me yields about a 30% refund rate, but most are 15-20%.

It's not a bad niche if you know what you're doing, but you'll get eaten alive from the competition if you don't.

There are other ways to manage affiliate programs out there; CB just has a big marketplace so a lot of vendors use it. Snowball effect!
