Ive noticed that some products have paypal also listed as payment option. If someone buys the product I referred them too using paypal, will I as an affiliate get paid a commission for the product.?

Yes you will still get paid. The way they pay for the product doesn't affect your payment.

At least 5 different credit cards from buyers, so you can get the payment.

All clickbank products offer payment with both cards and paypal. You will still get your commissions.
