ClickBank Question? about hoplinks

So I like this product, but the website SUCKS!
Is there a way to get some hoplink where I create my own site, and when people purchase, it'll THEN go to the hoplink of the paypal option? So people don't have to see the horrible site that the person who created the product is showing?

Try asking the vendor if he/she can create a hoplink for that. I know there are plenty of products which offer a link directly to the checkout page, but I don't know how it'd work to create one such link yourself. Definitely email the owner of the product about it if you haven't already. If you haven't heard back from him after a while, then it might not be such a great product to promote.
