Clickbank product really work?

I have a little question for clickbank expert!
Alot of e-marketing product have a start price but when you make the order there are a lot of upgrade of the service!
My question is....the higher upgrade really work? I mean when you spend about 300 $ for a complete service really can do anything else to make money?

Yeah, the software can be good, but techniques are always rehashed shite. Honestly, just stay away.
