New analytics often is delayed in updating. You should wait for the next 2 days before making conclusions from that days stat in my experience

Guys,
I have noticed a very large drop in CTR for some reason on my landing page!!
My CTR has always been 90+ (due to having targeted traffic)
but now has dropped to 5%
what could be the reason?

Follow this checklist:
1. install your own analytics. do not rely on Google Analytics (crappy and invasive).
2. check what are people clicking on when visiting your page.
3. when you have the details check against CB, but give their analytics 48H to update. 4. come back and post your results.

Yeah I've noticed their stats are taking forever to update. I'm going through another one of the, what seem like, bi monthly sales droughts. I'm sure there are good reasons why it happens and it's not shaving or whatever other conspircay theories that do the the rounds.
Either way, it's annoying none the less.

@8 Try Piwik or some other Open Source similar project. Make sure to secure it properly. AWstats is server-side, counts robots, spammers etc. Analytics rely on Javascript, hence capture behavior from "real" visitors (well, most of the times). It is only normal to find discrepancies between results - for example having scripts blocked in one's browser will not fire the analytics.http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/1214694-post8.html
